I appreciated the brief description notes that introduce each recipe. The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook certainly delivered, giving me fresh twists on dishes I’d already made as well as completely different ideas. I am also satisfied with the delicious dish I made. Most important of all, I can do Mediterranean meals with really nutritious to make me health, even lose my weight. I love this cook book! I recently fell in love with Mediterranean food a few months ago. So i decided i was going to give cooking it a try.

I love the fact that it gave variety of recipes, from breakfast to dinner. So many to choose from and sounded very easy to make. I have seen other Mediterranean diet books before but this one is my favorite.
